Evie the Dog needs a home

Evie is a sweet middle aged smaller medium mixed breed girl who came to SAAP after spending a few months in the shelter.  She was part of a group of dogs who were seized from the trailer they were living in.  Evie is believed to have been used for breeding.  She's had a rough couple of months since coming to SAAP.  She has overcome a UTI, become adjusted to taking incontinence tablets twice a day and working every day to be more confident in people and her surrounding.

 


Once Evie trusts her person, she is the best friend you could want.  She snuggles in bed and follows you from room to room.  We're still working on her leash skills and riding in the car.  Each new achievement is celebrated with this girl.

All SAAP animals are vet checked, UTD on vaccines, spayed/neutered, micro chipped, and given flea and heartworm preventative as age appropriate.
